The Evidentiary Hearing scheduled for today actually happened. Delphine and I attended the hearing. Octavian looked confident. We were expecting just one hearing to go through his motions, but it looks like we're going to have a phase II hearing sometime in November or December. Both attorneys need some time to review pleadings and motions in light of some new information raised by Octavian's attorney today. We were happy with the hearing and I have to say, the Judge is really good. She was informative, willing to hear the new information (and she doesn't have to) and she asked really good questions of the witnesses. We were both very impressed. She is fair and that's the most important thing.

If we are able to introduce the information presented by his attorney at the next Evidentiary Hearing, things will really swing in a positive direction.
