All,

Just a quick update. Delphine and I went to visit Octavian yesterday. I think people wonder about us during our visit, because we laugh so hard, all three of us. It was a good visit. He looked good and has such a positive outlook. He is staying current on his Spanish, reading, working out like crazy and writing to his family and friends. The date to set the Evidentiary Hearing is November 19th. Either Delphine or I or both of us will go to that hearing and we will meet with Mr. Kuritz to make sure that we are kept in the loop on the strategic plan for the hearing.

Time is passing quickly and it will be the end of the year before we know it. We're hoping to get back to see him again in early December. We do keep in touch with him through email too, so if anyone wants me to drop him a "hello", just shoot me an email and I will pass it along ([email protected]).

That's it folks. Just wanted to let you know that our brother from another mother is hanging in there.
