Firstly, many thanks to those of you that have generously donated in memory of Mackenzie. We?re off to a good start, but now we really need to push and keep the momentum going, to reach our target.

Most of you will be aware that it?s Mo-vember...a cause which I have supported in the past. A very worthy cause which highlights men?s health (even though we don?t talk - much).

So in memory of Mackenzie, I?m hijacking Mo-vember and it?s now Moo-vember! Moo was a pet name for Mackenzie, so I?m growing a Mo for Moo!
