Matt underwent a grueling 7-hour surgery yesterday to attempt to repair his main nerve in his left arm. The doctors said it was a mess and ended up graphing a nerve. It is too soon to tell if it will work and he still has a long way to go to try to return to any sort of normalcy, if he can return to normalcy. Matt is left handed so this surgery was extremely important to try to regain some, if any, function to his left arm.
