As for Lucas? progress he completed his first round of chemotherapy just over 2 weeks ago and after an awful week or more dealing the side-effects such treatment can bring he is now enjoying some much needed respite before the next round of chemotherapy begins in the next week or so. Yesterday was such a joy to see Lucas smiley and happy it makes us all optimistic of the future. However the treatment still has a long way to go and it is too soon to know how effective it has been. Whilst he is recovering well from chemo, that gives no indication of how effective the treatment will be.
