It's to feel an overwelming sense of shame, embarrassment, anger, hurt, loneliness, depression, helplessness... AND THEN CHOOSING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ANYWAY. 

My sister, Aiyana, is the definition of COURAGE and is my hero.
