Knee progression:

Update posted by Charun Stone

For all those that are unclear, the damage I have sustained to my knee is a third degree Medial Ligament sprain with a combination of medial menisus damage. The diagram in my photos allow you to see where the damage is located. These are not pleasent injuries, and not injuries to be take lightly.

The results at this point are simple, if I attain the correct brace according to the activity levels I need to achieve, I will be able to push forward safely without risk. I will be able to function a normal working life even while the injury is healing. My base work skills are in trades, so being active and being able to carry weight is an essential factor in my ability to sustain myself financially hence a custom specialized brace is required.

This brace will prevent myself from the even larger expense of surgery, and will also become an item I need to use from here on in in any activity that is physically intensive in order to prevent re-injury.

As it is now, my knee is getting worse by the day. Sleep is barely occurent and walking and functioning is becoming increasingly limited. I Keep my knee wrapped and try to prevent it from being over extended, twisted, or having weight put on it at all. I try to keep it as elevated as possible and apply cold and hot to bring the swelling down on the really bad days. Some days due to my other knee injury walking is hardly an option.

Every day is a day at a time.. and im staying positive through out it, I can only do what I can do.. and as long as its the best I can do, I am content... I have wonderful people in my life that are picking me up when im feeling down, and keeping me smiling and laughing.

Thank you everyone for being kind enough to read, and for all your positive energy and healing vibes. It means the world to me right now, and its beyond appreciated..

Sincerley,

Charun Stone/ Muerte Belle.
