After some profuse sweating which followed a colleague casually telling me in a meeting that I'd probably have to pay, ohhhhhh, around 10,000 USD in customs fees and/or bribes to receive the kit, the bags arrived without event (or fees) and we're well into distribution and refresher sessions. It's absolutely chucking it down out here now, so the roads are getting more and more interesting, but all is well and attached is a picture of some happy midwives at Chang Krang health centre, receiving their kit last week.
