We have returned from our first trip delivering a mixed load of clothing, blankets, toiletries, food, kitchen equipment, sleeping bags, tents etc. Thanks so much to everyone who has donated allowing these trips to be made.

From the clearly stated requirements of the refugees who we met, the next trip will primarily focus on taking, sleeping bags, blankets, trainers and tents with any additional items that will fit into the spaces. Almost everyone was asking us for shoes (trainer type) mainly men's sizes. I will certainly be taking as many shoes as I can fit in. Good warm men's clothes, especially jackets will also be welcomed. Women's sanitary products are currently no longer needed.

Whilst there we will do a couple of runs to fill the car (or van if we have one) with food bought locally and take back to the camp, so we do not intend to prioritise taking food with us.

Please get in touch if you have anything to offer, can offer storage space, or have a vehicle and would like to join us. We will be travelling on October 3rd and intend to stay a couple of nights so that we can work in the camp for a couple of days wherever is most needed.
