The number 9 is an auspicious number in Myanmar so it seems nicely apt that my final total is a wonderful �909 That's around 1,610,000 Myanmar Kyat. The gratitude shown to me in making these donations has been thoroughly overwhelming and of course that gratitude is more importantly going out to all of you who have so kindly donated. Sincere thanks for your generosity. The monsoon is in its final stages but the recovery process from this devastation will be a long journey.
