I just wanted to take some time and thank every person that has donated & shared my link. I can't even express how much I truly appreciate the help. I did want to touch base and say that I know my situation seems like it could have been easily avoided and while that's true in some sense, there is a lot of information that I couldn't post which would help many of you make more sense of whats going on. While it seems so simple to just go and take my daughter back, I can't. There are some legal stipulations stopping me from doing so. No, I don't have anything on my record but unfortunately, as of now, her father has enough rights to keep her. I have ran all of this by local law enforcement and they can't help me which is why this is going to court. I can only hope and pray the judge will see which parent is best fit for Ashlynn to be with. I hope this update will shed a little more light on things. I'm not asking for handouts or anyone to pity me. I'm just simply a stay at home mom (which will be changing) who is trying every last option to get my daughter back. I will NOT give up!
