July 28 update

@ around 4pm, my son was crying in pain while pointing to his heart. I immediately informed his doctor about the complain, and instructed to visit the hospital for some laboratory test. ECG, CPKMB and CBC. Confined at around 9pm.
Result:
CBC - hemoglobin count still below the normal range (102 from 99)
CPKMB - above the normal range , interpretation - heart injury (for evaluation of pedia cardio)
