I will be going to Poland to be treated. My mother is paying for the flight and my aunt is letting me stay for free, In Canada, my disease is only allowed to be treated with medications, which, unfortunately, have stopped working. Medicine in Poland is more holistic. Also, prices for health-care services are much lower than in Canada and the quality is excellent.

Thank - you my friends and family in Montreal for the practical things that I didn't realize mattered so much till I couldn't do it myself: Jack & Teresa and Michael for getting my groceries for me:-). Wendy for picking me up, dropping me off, and driving me around and waiting for me uncomplainingly, especially when she has a business to run and a child to look after single-handedly. Some people have asked about making contributions in Canadian dollars. That is possible. After you enter your contribution amount and click Continue, you will see a Paypal pop-up screen. One of the very first Paypal screens will ask you what country you live in. Enter Canada. I think you can enter 'Canada' whether you are going to pay with Paypal, or whether you are going to 'pay as guest' (pay by credit card). If you have entered 'Canada' Paypal should, at the final payment screen, display the amount you donated in both U.S funds and the same amount converted to Canadian funds.
