Camp Badger Gloucester - setting up continues

Update posted by Julie Buxton

Hello Everyone, Thanks to everyone who has been able to help so far. we have now managed to get enough money for one of the sites to the north of Gloucester. We desperately need more money for the other site, near Ross that has no amenities at all at present. It is hard asking the same people to contribute but if you can tweet and share the fund to as many people as possible and remember, as little as £1 makes a difference to our fund as Gogetfunding only takes 4p inthe pound commission. Most of you may think why not dig a compost toilet but the owner of the sites say its not practical, which is why we are hiring two toilets and one shower for each site. Campaigners in the fields work long, hard, cold nights and a little shower will make a lot of difference to their moral.. please give what you can, they are giving time.. leaving loved ones at home, taking time from work, using their savings to get their, its a hard slog.  The more people we can get there the more badgers we can save.. remember, Defra have already been testing gassing badgers. If this government succeeds in getting back into power, next year, it may be gassing not cage shooting and that will be a hundred times worse. If we can stop the cull in its tracks, prevent them killing their target figures, then we save lives now and all the years to come. Please .. SAVE THE BADGERS
