Progress is painfully slow. It's especially frustrating to see the results of manipulation of my daughter's concepts and understanding of the situation. And frustrating to know that the answer to the question asked by the Supreme court of Nevada - what was the intent of the parties regarding parentage? - would be anwered by administering a polygraph to both myself and the surrogate. One question. But instead the system relies on who has the most underhanded attorney who, instead of presenting the truth or even being concerned with the truth, manufactures "evidence" and testimony to win, even at the expense of a child.

Unfortunately, getting to the truth will now cost me more than the cost of a polygraph. I have two weeks of legal expenses to cover before getting back in court.
