The attending physician has given his approval to transfer my brother to the Philippine Heart Center in Q.C. Currently we are at reservation slot 3 at the Medical ICU of PHC from slot 5 two days ago. We are in need of a huge sum to settle all the bills incurred here at St. Luke's MC Global City before Gus can be transfered. HMO coverage from his employer has already been exhausted.
