If you choose a perk/reward, and I hope you do, then please **write your name and e-mail address** when you donate, maybe in the comments section; or you can write to me and tell me which perk/reward you chose and when!  Right now, I can only see that “guest” has donated and chosen a perk, so I have no one to deliver it to!
