What the funds are for?

Development of Binti wa Kitaa Campaigns “a social behaviour change campaign that aims to solve the problem of early pregnancies and child marriage in Tanzania through creating awareness of sexual reproduction health and Right (SRHR), life skills, social entrepreneur, and women empowerment. In swahili, Binti Wa kitaa means “ a child girl who are living withing a community ”

Why Binti wa Kitaa?

We started Binti wa kitaa movement due to the increase of early pregnancies and child marriage. Our main aim is to eradicate these problems of girls early pregnancies and child marriage in Tanzania and to make sure girls child reach their goals.

Binti wa kitaa also focuses on assisting young girls to achieve their dream and we believe the time is now.

Moreover, Binti wa kitaa will bring change in how people learn, grow and relate with themselves and one another by bringing “the aspect of self” into socialization.

Also Binti wa kitaa creates a promising future to the young girls by providing them with knowledge that creates awareness on different issues such as sexual reproduction health and life skills which will help them to reach their dreams.

Binti wa kitaa movement also started because we want to change local social impediment belief which doesn't favor girls development.
