Being Able to Pay Off Studies as a Disabled Young Adult

Hi there. I really, really need your help. I am student in university, finishing my 3rd year. I was born with scoleosis in my spine and have immense difficulties with my health, which makes it hard to walk and be able to study to my full potential. I am also diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. It has been very, very difficult for me but I have put in my all into my studies.

A year ago my mother lost her job due to also being ill so the only person who can provide for now is my father,but unfortunately, it is not enough to finance my last year of studying, so I am asking for help. It is my last year, and I would really love to finish university and become a teacher one day, but I will not be able to do so if we won't have the money. It would break my life if I drop out because I can not afford to pay.The full price for one year is 2000 euros, I'm only asking for 500, that would be a blessing. So if you can, please help me and my family out, we would really appreciate it so much.
