Be part of the National Rowing Team’s journey to the ARCC!

Ten rowers from the Philippine National Rowing Team will participate in the 2018 Asian Rowing Coastal Championships (ARCC) in Hong Kong, China this coming November 23-25. Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Board Resolution No. 235-2018 (6 February 2018) states that, "Approval of grant financial assistance to National Sports Associations (NSAs) and other sports associations for foreign exposures may only cover airfare, accommodation, allowance, visa fees, and insurance, effectively upon notice to all accredited and/or recognized NSAs."

Other competition related expenses are not covered including the following:

1) USD1,375 for boat rental fees

2) Uniforms (unis and aqua shoes for the 10 athletes)

3) Sunscreens

Just today, we are happy to receive the support of a donor who provided funds to purchase 10 ActiveHealth sunscreens for our athletes.

But we are still short of the budget for the boat rental fees and uniforms.
