Hi friends. I am sharing this for a church friend here in the Philippines.

The boy in the picture is a church mate's son. He is Jarred Cometa, who is afflicted with lymphatic malformation. A condition wherein a mass in the head or neck that results from an abnormal formation of lymphatic vessels. Lymphatic vessels are small canals that lie near blood vessels and help carry tissue fluids from within the body to the lymph nodes and back to the bloodstream.

It breaks my heart knowing that Jarred is not able to go to school, enjoy playing with friends and going outside because of his condition.

The doctors said that he needs immediate medical attention, probable operation, continuous monitoring, medical check-ups and laboratory tests. His family cannot support the daily medicine expenses, transportation to and from the hospital.

I am appealing to all of your kind hearts. Let us open our hearts and our wallets. God doesn't ask us to give what we don't have. But if we have extra money, let's consider giving Jarred a new lease on life. Any amount we can give will be much appreciated. Thank you.
