Battle against psoriasis- biologic treatment needed

I am a 30- year old male who is suffering severe psoriasis for the past 2 years. My first diagnosis was when I was a teenager, but my condition worsen these past 2 years. My entire body are covered with lesions, and my skin would crack and bleed. I became so weak that I am bedridden most of the time, and due to the heat in Malaysia, my skin would itch so badly. No amount of steroids cream could help. I was suicidal, why would god make me suffer like this. My life has no meaning in this condition. My marriage fell apart as I can't even hold a job to support my wife, I am always sick, and more of burden to my wife. Recently, I was hospitalise for almost 2 weeks in a general hospital; more creams and pills were prescribed but of no help. My doctor informed me about a type of injection treatment (biological) may help, but the hospital could not afford to give me that drug as it cost around $10,000 per year, and it should be taken continuously non stop for three consecutive years. So they kept me in the hospital for few more days, with little improvement. This broke my mother's heart, as she is the one who has been caring for me. I am glad that a journalist took interest in my situation, and helped me share my story on a local newspaper. I hope and plea that through the generosity of others, I will be able to collect enough money for 1-year treatment, so that I can get a job and support myself. I just want to be better.

I know there have been some bad press about scammers taking advantage of the generously it's of the public, I can assure you that the money raised will only be used to get a proper treatment from a certified dermatologist. As such, I am willing to show my diagnosis and recommendation letter from my doctor/hospital, and my bill for the treatment later on.
