Greetings everyone!

I am looking to raise funds in order for me to pursue my dream of starting my own food business.

The concept is simple and unique. I am looking to serve Bao Buns which will be filled with various local favourites such as soft shell chilli crabs, fried chicken with szechuan pepper infused oil, butter crabs... you get the idea..!! The buns will only be available for takeaways/delivery for a start, until we see potential growth, which I am highly confident will happen. I will be cooking from my own home and market the business through social media, where my customers will then place their order via email or phone call. Payment will be made upon delivery.

The funds will be used to make the following purchases:

- Kitchen equipment: Pans, Fryers, Steamers, Portable Stove, etc

- Ingredients for the bao buns and the above mentioned recipes. All ingredients will be sourced from a local market where I will be able to get really good prices.

- Takeaway containers/wrappers, serviettes, cutlery (optional)

- Logo design for branding purposes

- Social media marketing: I will allocate a portion of the funds for Facebook marketing which will potentially be my main source of marketing on-top of word of mouth and friend recommendations.

I have been dreaming about this opportunity for years and I feel it is the right time for me to pursue it. Your support will mean the world to me!
