Badly Needed Help

I'm humbly asking for help from all kind-hearted people out there. I really don't have any other option left available so here I am. I'm 44 years old and the sole provider at home living with my mother over 60 years of age. I have a skin condition which started a few years back but it has gone worse since then. I work from home teaching online due to this condition. We go through life living from paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet. My computer crashed yesterday and now, my only source of income is also in jeopardy. That's why I'm here... Trying to gather all the confidence I can to ask for help.
