Backpacks for Totoy and Neneng

Backpacks for Totoy and Neneng aims to help the students of Barasoain Memorial Integrated School from Kindergarten to Grades 1 to Six. Its ultimate goal is to provide backpacks containing school supplies and other learning materials to the students who cannot afford to buy such. The organization aims to launch this activity every year so that more Filipino pupils (Totoy and Neneng) will be inspired to pursue schooling.

Many Filipino parents nowadays are reluctant to send their children to school because of economic problems. Requirements for school supplies and other learning materials prevent them from enrolling their children. It's such a pity to think that many intelligent Filipino children belong to meager income-earner families and are being deprived of pursuing their dreams due to financial problems. With this organization, many Filipino children will be aided with school supplies.

Last May 25, 2019, people behind this organization were able to donate one hundred (100) pieces of backpacks containing small amount of school supllies and reading materials. However, only few students (100) benefited from this FIRST project of the organization. There are more than four hundred students in Barasoain Memorial Integrated School. With the help of kindhearted donors and benefactors, the organization believes that more students will benefit from this endeavor in the coming years.
