Campaign Story
I run an initiative called 'educate my community' where I provide free lessons to kids in my community who cannot afford part time tutors. Most of these kids are from less privileged families and cannot even afford the basic needs for them to get proper education.
Inorder to create a stimulating learning environment, I introduced a feeding program as a reward for attending classes and also to help the kids with food as most of them eat once a day, so inorder to be attentive in class, kids need food, proper uniforms and warm clothing during winter as well as educational resources that is why I am conducting this fundraiser to assist us with purchasing educational resources (books, writing materials, uniforms, shoes, socks)
This money will help us alot as we would be able to use the remaining money to send young girls and boys back to school (I have met many who quit school to take care of home-child headed families) and also buy the necessary resources for the tutoring, i.e. proper mats to sit on, books and their food therefore, your support is heavily and deeply appreciated

We bought 85 pairs of Crocs for each child to wear when going to school. We hope to raise funds for proper school shoes in the near future. For now, this was what we could afford

Yesterday, I finally met with Chitsanzo Kennedy. A young boy I am sending back to school this September. Some of the money raised will be used for his fees which is $40 a term (4 months). The boy has great potential, I saw his academic performance before he quit because
Porridge From Maize+Soya beans

I use some of the money raised offline to buy maize, soya beans and sugar for the kids porridge. Yesterday, 70 kids showed up so I give each one their own plate
