- Establish more primary schools in the remote villages where there are no govt. schools.
- Extension and expansion of the existing boys hostel for destitute children (100 Boys).
- Start Day Care Centre for children aged less than 5 years.
- Ensure quality education through training & workshop for GOs & NGOs run schools.
- Provide Teaching aid to schools for quality education.
- Start Coaching Centres for high school going children to stop drop outs.
- Provide support to students from poor families with books and study materials.
- Conduct Life Skill Education program for Adolescent boys and girls.
- Conduct career counseling and Livelihood Preparation program for youths
- Tap more resources for economic development programs to stop migration
- Conduct mass movement on HIV/AIDS awareness.
- Water and sanitation program to start soon with the help of Zilla Parishad.
- Continue the awareness programs on various issues.
