Asking help for my kidney transplant

Many of you may not be aware that, sadly, I am experiencing kidney failure. I was diagnosed with end-stage renal disease and in order to survive I must be connected to a dialysis machine for three to four hours, three times per week. While you may think that I shouldn’t be worried if dialysis is available to keep me alive, I must tell you that dialysis in not a long-term solution. My health will continually decline. The only way for me to be able to go back to my normal life is to have kidney transplant.

As you may know, a kidney transplant is a complex procedure that not only requires specialized medical expertise but also substantial financial resources. While I have medical insurance, it unfortunately does not cover all the expenses associated with the transplant, including pre-operative evaluations, surgery, post-operative care, immunosuppressant medications, and ongoing medical monitoring. The estimated cost for my kidney transplant is approximately 1.8million pesos or 103,000$
