Hi, my name is Arthur and I’m a father of three. In 2012 I was involved in a automobile accident in which I shattered my femur. I had surgery to repair the damage with an internal fixation to the femur.
I was grateful for the surgery and support, however, a few months ago the internal fixation broke, and I now need surgery to replace it.
Unfortunately, I’m facing a lot of costs for the surgery, rehabilitation, accommodation and travel.
The money will be used for all medical bills
