This will hopefully be the last update, one last thanks to everyone that helped us do this. I hope life pays you back someday.

The surgery is over and it was a success!

They forgot to call us so we called them instead. They said everything was fine and by that time the dog had woken up. They will keep her for one or two days before they let us take her back.

One week ago if you told me a week from now her ordeal would be over I'd think you were joking but thanks to everyone on reddit, ab, #torb, users of gogetfunding and whatever other site donators may have come from, Artemis won't have to suffer from the infection that was killing her anymore. If only I could explain to her how it was that she was saved.

I will take a photo when we she is out for a final update!

I got the money and we took her to the animal hospital where they would do the surgery, it was really depressing there, there were many animals that were either sick or injured, some were missing limbs, others were blind, I don't envy the doctors that go there to work every day.

We left Artemis there and they told us they would call in about 2-3 hours from this post to tell what happened, if it all went well, which I hope so, then they will keep her there for a few more days until we can take her home. Now I can only pray that everything will go all right, during and after the surgery but no matter what happens this wouldn't be possible without your support so one last thanks to all of you, and even if the worst outcome happens, it is still a hundred times better than doing nothing.

I got the 10 euros I withdrew earlier without any problems, I guess I was being a bit too careful but I really wanted to make sure nothing bad happened, I now withdrew the rest of the money and in 1-2 business days they'll be here (around wednesday), I hope by the end of the week we'll have done the surgery!

Wish her luck for a swift and successful operation!

The fundraiser is now fully funded, like I said in my previous update I am waiting for monday/tuesday to see if I've done the process right, if so, I will withdraw all the money and we will get it done asap, and if I don't get it right I'll go to the bank and ask them how I can, don't worry, there is no danger of the money being lost, paypal will refund it if there has been an error. I don't expect any errors but just saying cause it's the first time I'm doing this and I may have made a mistake somewhere. I will post more updates when someting has happened, wish us luck for a successful operation until then!

Once again thanks to anyone that donated or promoted the link! We got this done in two days and that's awesome :)

I told paypal to withdraw 10 euros to my bank account, I want to test the withdrawal process to see if I did it right (it's my first time withdrawing from paypal sorry), in 1-2 business days the 10 euros should be in the bank, then I'll withdraw the rest and we are good to go! Only 15 euros left!

I am posting this from my uncle's house, where my dog currently is. The reddit mods wanted me to give proof in a reddit thread I made about this, I took some photos, here is the album:
