Application for Visually Impaired People

Görme konusunda problem yaşayan, okuma yazma bilmeyen ve/veya başka nedenlerle yazılı metinleri okuması mümkün olmayan insanların hayatlarını kolaylaştırmak adına, kar amacı gütmeyen bir sosyal sorumluluk projesi hazırladık. Bu projenin websitesi ve uygulaması hazır, ancak şu an yalnızca Türkçe versiyonu bulunuyor. İleride, bu projeyi uluslararası bir hale getirmek istediğimiz için İngilizce versiyonunu da hazırlamayı düşünüyoruz. Ancak, bunun için öncelikle bu uygulamayı Türkiye'de başarılı bir hale getirmemiz gerekli. Eğer incelemek isterseniz websitemize buradan, uygulamaya ise buradan erişebilirsiniz.

Nasıl çalışıyor?

HayataSesVer kar amacı gütmeyen bir sosyal sorumluluk projesidir. Kullanıcıdan veya işletmeden herhangi bir ödeme talep etmemektedir. Yapılan bağışlar yalnızca projeyi sürdürmek ve geliştirmek için kullanılacaktır, ve bağışlar ile karşılanan masrafların, ileride websitemizde yayınlanması planlanmıştır.

Biz, kurucular ve gönüllüler olarak, işletmelerden aldığımız menüleri seslendirerek kullanıcıların bulundukları işletmenin menüsünü dinleyebilmesini sağlıyoruz.

Bağışlara ihtiyaç duymamızın sebebi, bu projeyi üniversite öğrencileri olarak hazırladık. Masrafları ne yazıkki tek başımıza karşılayamıyoruz. Projeyi başlatabilmek için masrafların bir kısmının ödemesini kendimiz yaptık, ancak projeyi sürdürebilmek, geliştirebilmek ve ödenmiş masrafları çıkarabilmek için bağışa ihtiyacımız var. Devamlı olarak bağışa ihtiyacımız olmasına rağmen her bağışın bu proje için gerekli ve değerli olduğunu belirtmek isteriz. Yapılan bağışlar sayesinde bu projeyi hayata geçirebileceğiz ve genişletebileceğiz.

We are preparing a non-profit application for visually impaired people. The purpose of this application is to make visually impaired people's lives easier and more comfortable. Application and it's website is ready, but for now they are both in Turkish. We are planning to add an English part for international purpose of the project. How it works?

HayataSesVer is a non-profit social involvement project. Again, we do not expect payment from the user, neither from the shops. Donation will be used only on behalf of the project, and the amount of donation paid on the expenses is planned to be announced on the web page.

We, founders and the volunteers, will read and record the menu's from food & drink shops. The user will be able to listen to the menus from the shops they visited.

We need donations because we are collage students. We cannot meet the expenses on our own, that is why we need donations. We already paid for some expenses in order to start the project but we need donations to proceed, make the project better, and recover the paid expenses. We will be needing a lot of donations but, we wanted to state that all donations are appreciated! With the donations, we will be bringing the project to life really soon.

The project will be starting at Turkey, but hopefully we will make it an international non-profit application!
