Appeal to help build a home for an elderly person

I am starting a campaign on behalf of my elderly mother who currently lives in a dilapidated house in the village and needs to be moved to a new home before the rain season sets in and washes away her house. Mom retired from her nursing career 16 years ago and never managed to build a home in her years of employment because she worked hard to put me and my 3 siblings through school and never had enough saved up for anything else. She is widowed and never had the support needed to develop herself in other areas of her life.

The house she currently lives in is a semi-permanent home that my dad built as a temporary place to live in as they wait to build a permanent home. Sadly dad passed away before the building of a permanent home could be done. My siblings and I as well as two of our cousins have tried to come up with some funds between ourselves to build an outside toilet, fence and store for her but now we are struggling to build the final structure which is a house for mom. It is especially hard right now with the pandemic when my elder brother (second born) has lost his job and prices of building materials have gone up.

Mom's current house is in really bad state with big cracks on the floor and walls, the walls are dangerously unstable and the home structure is leaning slightly on one side. The house has now become a safety hazard and is risky for her to continue living in. We are hoping that we can raise enough funds to build mom a home before the heavy rains start in the next coming months and we would just like mom to enjoy her retirement in a comfortable home. Please help mom relocate to a safer house. Any amount that you can contribute will help us move forward with building a permanent home for her and also make a difference her life.
