Dion Baladhay and his wife were involved in a motorcycle accident in Metro Manila in 2019 when they were hit by a car. As a result of the accident, his wife died and his two legs and feet were broken. Dion was left a widower with no job while taking care of his little daughter, Princess. Dion returned to his hometown to heal. As of now, Dion's legs have healed, he could walk with the aid of clutches, but the metal braces have to be removed. A medical aid organization, the German Doctors, is sponsoring his operation for the removal of the braces so that Dion can return to his work as a driver. The operation will be done in one of the hospitals in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.

Dion needs to pay a person to assist him after the operation; to run errands for him in the hospital while he confined and in the house when he recuperates since he would have limited mobility for at most another 3 months. He also needs money for medicine, food and basic necessities for him and his four-year old daughter. Dion doesn't have a family that could provide him this help as his brothers have their own families and only earn daily, picking garden pebbles, to sell. In a day when they couldn't sell a bag or more of pebbles, would mean no food for their families.

The period of healing for Dion is already a sweet moment because he can look forward to a new job as a driver once he is healed. But it is also a period of deep need as he must pay for a helper, buy medicines, provide daily foods and basic needs for himself as well as his daughter.
