Campaign Story
The lockdown has had a very bad impact on the street animals of Mumbai. I have been feeding between 70-100 dogs and cats daily. These poor animals depend on garbage from restaurants for survival. But, with a lockdown and all restaurants shut, they have found themselves hungry and helpless. To keep things within budget, I cook food for them every day and make my rounds once in the morning and once at night. Ready made food would be an easy option but would cost more and this would mean some animals get left out.
I am willing to do the hard work. I need help with raising money to buy the supplies as I cannot do it all alone. Not right now at least as income is also short. Help me help the Animals. Donate now. A small amount from each one of you will mean an Animal going to sleep on a full stomach. Hunger is the same for us all. Humans or Animals.
About me
Apart from feeding strays, I look after 35 stray and mostly disabled animals that need to be taken care of. Thus far, for the last ten years, I have been doing this all by myself. However, the time has come that I cannot do this alone. Especially now, during the times of Covid-19, where income and supplies are both running short.
