Rohingya need your help – now
In Myanmar the humanitarian situation has turned to the worse.
As of the beginning of September 2017 an estimated 89,000 people have reportedly crossed from Myanmar to Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. As many as 14,000 have crossed the border in the last 24 hours alone, joining thousands more who have recently fled ongoing violence.
Access for humanitarian agencies is limited but we are on the ground, stepped up to provide emergency help to thousands. Many of those escaping the violence are from the Rohingya, an ethnic minority of around 1.1m Muslims. Refugees who managed to escape in Bangladesh urgently need water, food, sanitation and shelter. Most of the Rohingya people coming into Bangladesh are completely exhausted, some of them say they haven't eaten in days and some are completely traumatized by their experiences," [UNHCR]*
So we the group of Muslims are planning to assist Rohingya refugees inside Burma and Bangladesh with Emergency aid such as water, food, sanitation, shelter and medical Aid.
* $40 will provide a family with a food parcels. $70 will provide medical support to an injured Rohingya.
$475 will build a water pump We need your donations more than ever before, so that we can support the forgotten people of Rohingya who are viciously tortured, raped and killed by Burmese Army.
