An app for street vendors in poor countries

Do you see that man? He was tired as he had to travel nearly 100km so far to sell these plants. When I talked to him, his eyes were red and he didn't have enough sleep. He was exhausted but he still had to keep moving.

There are many street vendors like him in Vietnam. I talked to the woman, who just had her legs broken but still have to move the cart to sell the fruits. I also talked to a man, who ride a bicycle around the city in the evening to sell boil peanut, live with just below 50 USD a month. There are so many people like that, worked so hard to earn the living everyday. They travel very far to bring the food to the door of customer but not everyone know about it. Therefore, they often have to travel very far in very long time. I wanted very much to support them but didn't know what to do.

But now, when seeing the development of the delivery app like Uber, Grab, etc..., I see a solution for these street vendors. An app like that will help the street vendors to find the customer easier. I would like to develop an app that shows if there are any street vendors nearby a customer and what products they sell.

I have been talking with an expert in the IT. He said, such an app is possible but it would be expensive to build an app suit for these specific demands. I would need at least 5000 USD to build an app like that.
