Allowing same sex marriage in Australia

So as you may know the current federal government in Australia is against same sex marriage, we however can make them change their mind. Currently the political system in Australia is governed by two major political parties, being the Australian Labor Party and the Liberal/National coalition.

What if a new player joined the realm, one that’s whole focus was to make same sex marriage legal in Australia?

If we act now we can make this happen, we can make a change Australia has been asking for.
