Help me not to lose my hand !

I have suffered from kidney glomerulonephritis as a baby after a cold. Over time, my kidneys were atrophied and I went through dialysis. I did the dialysis for 4 years. On my left hand, my fistula was done, without which I could not dial. Unfortunately, it never went too well. And consequently, we made distal aneurysmal brachial artery complicated with speudoanevrosm with crack in muscle tissue and intraluminal thrombosis. In other words, my left hand swelled in two places due to thrombosis of the arteries and muscle tissue. I have severe pain on my left hand and I can hardly use it. The doctors told me that if I do not perform the removal of those thrombosis I can lose my hand, paralyze it permanently or have to be amputated.

The amount of money I need is the number of medical checks required before the operation, the payment of the surgery, as well as the related costs during the admission for surgery, as well as the post-operative costs of healing and rehabilitation. Unfortunately, I can not afford to pay myself all this amount, especially as Christmas my dad died.
