New Airsoft Field – Crowd Funding / Sponsorship / Donations

We are the Sports Association Bravia 2009 from Oradea - Romania.

Over the past 16 years, we have helped sports clubs and teams with their needs on a local level and have supported Basketball, Volleyball, Judo, Fencing, and more to get sponsorships and legal representation if needed as well as facilitate access to better equipment for kids practicing these sports in our region and on a national level.

For several years we as a sports association have been looking into options on obtaining funding to create an airsoft field in our area that can hold multiple types of events however this is proving an extremely difficult task.

The problems we have faced so far :

• Lack of local community support and local official interest
• Lack of national support for this particular sport brach as it is fairly young
• No possibility of actual funding through standard paths like regional programs and start-ups
• The large investment need due to terrain prices and some degree of opposition
• No European funding is available for airsoft base projects and none have received any funding so far
• No experience on airsoft dedicated projects from local consultants as most projects are made for agriculture, infrastructure, and tourism in our area so they can't help due to no knowledge
• Low public support due to lack of knowledge about this sport in our region and on a national level

We aim to create an experience, develop a field to host competitions and events in Europe as well as also help a rural community develop tourism, jobs, and infrastructure in the area we will choose, around our project.We also aim to develop the project in a very important way, charity and free kids and parents varied events.

Our goal is to develop a field with parking spaces and a gameplay area of around 40 to 60 thousand square meters, vehicles, and game infrastructure organized in a modular way to provide both dedicated CQB spaces as well as open field engagements and participant needs, everything in an Eco-friendly manner.The space usage intended use will be split into 2 parts :

1 - the airsoft sport events and games

2- the airsoft charitable events and other outdoor activities for kids

The goals for our intended field plans are the following :

• Outdoor activities, camps for children and parents when field not in use.
• Organizing and offering free of charge periodical events linked to airsoft practice, targeting the comunity and other socially impaired children over the age of 15 and their parents, that can join us for a great time outdoors, gain survival skills and socialize.
• Player security and safety during events
• Player engagement depending on the type of game desired or hosted
• Dedicated field personnel
• Participant basic comfort facilities
• Parking area
• CQB modular structures
• At least 2 to 3 large competition grade events / year
• Weekly casual gamesfor sustainability
• Part-time, full time and voluntary employment for interested parties and locals
• International marketing and sponsorships if possible to support charity events and airsoft events
• Airsoft range for small size competitions, fun and training

In order to launch our project, we require funding that we currently do not have. We are unfortunately forced by circumstances and politics nowadays to look for sources of funding within supporting communities and friends.

We need your help if we want to make this project happen and any contribution is welcomed.

We are targeting a specific amount, however this covers the 100% cost of the project and first actions including building start and land acquisition can be done if we pass 50% of the value.

We are committed to transparency so all the spending will be visible for all contributors.
