Volunteers Youth for Children Association is a community based organization Created in 2020 in order to support vulnerable refugees women, Empowering Disadvantaged Youths, Caring for vulnerable Children and to address the refugees community needs and problems, being strategically located among the community,

the Volunteers Youth for Children Association provide participatory development, by improving the life conditions of vulnerable individuals so that we can bear one another‘s burden.

The Volunteers Youth for Children Association particularly targets vulnerable refugees including: women, Youth and Children, the most vulnerable members of the society; it addresses issues of Agriculture and permaculture, socio economic empowerment, caring for children talent.

VISION: Volunteers Youth for Children Association dream to create a community that is able to educate and taking care by themselves.

MISSION: Our mission is to promote youth and children talents, advocate for quality that access to health and lifelong learningand to improve life conditions for displaced people in kakuma Refugee camp,

CONTEXTE AND JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT
The Poverty is a scourge; it becomes an aggravating factor to the living conditions of refugee’s women without income. Refugee women without income, sentenced to hoe, always hard to wait the long period of harvesting multiple crops regard it operates in its large field exhausting meager yearly income. While some vegetable crops highly profitable and very popular in the market, are not sufficiently grown in commercial quantities and which can provide the money in less than 6 months. Sukuma, spenage, cabbage and onion are most consumed in kakuma refugee camp. Many small fruit juice manufacturer traders are short of raw materials; while passion fruit whose juice is the most fabricated the most popular and most consumed in the country is scarce because there are not cultivated.
So growing vegetables can increase income to the vulnerable refugee woman and without putting a long cropping period.
That why the Volunteers for Children wants to fundraising the agricultural tools and seeds for 15 refugees women so that they can start their own farm in single culture but profitable even if done on a small areain order to improve the life conditions of refugee women or household.
They should be taught the methods for cultivating, to use fertilizer on a small space and reap more in order to earn much more than one who has to wait a whole year crops. We also teach them the choice of crops with less effort, but profitable. So we are calling upon volunteers and well wishers to donate and fundraise for agricultural tools and seeds for refugee women.
