In my place most of the farmers holds small quantity of land. So they can't afford large machinery. We want to help farmers by purchasing agriculture machinery on behalf of them per village 2 to 3 sets like harvester and tractor . We can manage machinery in that village with a software. This helps farmers to use their own machinery instead of going to private entities. For fuel and and maintenance farmers need to pay some amount. this can increase employment like drivers and helpers. In a year these machinery will be used maximum three times remaining time we can give rent for those who needs them. by giving rent we can earn money. it helps again farmers in a way such that after some time that machinery will become their own we will assist them with a software and management .We will suggest the farmers to sell their crops to FCI instead of selling to private mills.
