Good Day everyone!

I am Laila Catapang, meet my husband Adrian Henry Imperial Catapang a Chronic Kidney Disease warrior. He was diagnosed with CKD end stage secodary to acute Glumerulonephritis last 0ctober 2015. Few months after our wedding, adrian decided to go back work as an Ofw.On his medical result it shows that his both kidneys were small. We look for a second opinion, humanap kami ng nephrologist, at nag simula ang check up at laboratories nya. The doctor explained to us his condition, Adrian has a Chronic Kidney Disease secondary to acute Glumerulonephritis at hindi sya allowed makapag abroad. Simula noon, dito na muna sya nag work s pinas, habang nag gagamot.Monthly laboratories and check up.Nag advise ang nephro nya na mag ready kami dahil sooner or later mauuwi sa dialysis. Willing ang mga kapatid nya mag donate kung sino man ang magma match but we dont have enough fund for the operation. Hanggang nung February 2017 his kidney gotten worse, we rushed him to hospital and eventually he has to undergo an emergency dialysis dahil umabot na ng 2,300 ang creatinine nya. Treatment option is very limited, ang lifetime dialysis or kidney transplant. Sa ngayon ay 2 years and 5 months na sya nag dadialysis, 3x a week for 4 hrs.every session.

Kidney transplant would offer him more freedom and ability to live longer, healthier and more normal life. A transplant would also give him more time to do thing he enjoyed most like spending time with our 3 years old son.

Luckily he has already a kidney donor. His younger sister Kimberly Ann is very much willing to donate her kidney to save her brothers life and give more years to live. Yes, we are very lucky and thankful dahil match po sila.

Kidney transplant will cost almost a million peso, which we cannot afford. Please help him on his journey to kidney transplant. Any amount will be a very big help. We are hoping ang praying for your help.

Thank you and God bless.
