Study and accommodation in norway

I already lived in Norway about 3 years when I went to school. But me and my mom had to leave and I have not finished my studies there. I remember good the language and still speak Norwegian well. I really want to go back and get an education there. I want moove back with my daughter she is 11 year old daughter. I am single mother . For this, we both need to pay for insurance and must have some money for the first time until I can earn money after studies.
