Heart Operation

Hi, I'm Jason Legaspi from Philippines in Mandaluyong City. I am a fresh graduate and an only child of my parents. My father has a heart condition called "Abnormal Heart Murmur". We did the first check up in a heart center Philippines, the result as said by a cardiologist was all of his valves in his heart is getting bigger and the blood flow inside his heart is abnormal, but we cannot further continue the check up because the following check up will be needing a financial support and we cannot afford it. He has only government insurance called Pag-Ibig but its not enough, the total estimated cost will be Php 1,000,000 (One Million Pesos) or 30,000 dollars, we don't have the exact total quotation for the operation because the following check up is NOT FREE. I just based the price through this link "https://www.phc.gov.ph/services/treatment.php" because the doctor said that he will be needing to repair more than "one valve" And we cannot afford it. I'm trying to post here and hoping that you could help us. I just can't bare to see my father is slowly dying every time we wake up from sleep. Even the small penny could help us.
