Hair loss in women undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment can be depressing, leading to anxiety, social phobia, and despair. During such a difficult time, wearing a wig can be the best solution for them as it gives them a sense of normalcy. However, finding a wig that offers the most natural look while battling cancer can be stressful and women often make decisions that often lead to even more pain and desperation. My goal is to raise enough money to purchase a wig collection that will be accessible to all women who need it, irrespective of their social status. I hope that through this fundraiser, all donations, no matter how small, will make a big difference in the lives of these women and that this gesture will give them the strength to continue this uphill battle.
