I am Jackton Omondi, a Kenyan by citizen, pursuing Human Resource Management course in Nairobi University. I am believing God that despite the abject poverty due to my situation, raised up by a single mother, with eight siblings and with a salary of $100 per month, as she works in Flowers Farm, it has become so hard to educate us single handedly with such a peanut pay.

I am sixth born and the first five older siblings, none had an opportunity to go to high school due to financial strain. I thank God am the luckiest to have it to high school by just God's grace and mercy.

I thank God am the luckiest to have made it to high school and now still yearning and longing to graduate so that I can later on help my younger ones who are still in Primary School.

Primary School- A level, here in Kenya is free. They are coming up and will need my help as they all are zealous to get to high school in which every student has to pay.

I look at my mother's situation, who never went to school and really pitty her, 😥😥 divorced, left by all kids to raise, a man who later died leaving no inheritance, is to be a breadwinner and everything.

If I become an HR manager, I'll always strive to betterment of workers' welfare, emanicipating for self empowerment. May my dream crystallize into something definite in Jesus' mighty name.

Actually, with HR management certificate I'll be in a position to get a salary of $1500 at the end of the month. I shall be in a position to help my siblings.

I have been teaching as a support teacher, in my former primary school with a pay of $110 per month in trying to raise my school fees and as well as help mum fend for my younger ones.

It's now a government policy that you be in school teaching if only trained as one at the Teachers' Training College, doing away with Untrained teachers in schools.

The government has just introduced a new curriculum system, termed as Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) henceforth a requirement that that all teachers facilitating it must have been to college, trained and registered as a teacher. A very hectic moment altogether as am not a trained teacher. I was given a termination letter barely when schools resumed from December holidays.

For this very reasons, I'm appealing with friends and well wishers out there to help me raise my college fees. Kindly.

I'm targeting $3500 to be in a position to complete my studies, tuition fees, accommodation at school and other things included as per now.
