A Plate with A Dream

I would like to seek for the heart of those who's willing to help me, build this dream. This dream was started when I was 10 when my mom and I cook and baked food for my dad. After that day when my dad told me that he was surprised, that I have a nice touch in food and he was so glad to have that kind of gift on his birthday. After that day I told my dad I don't want to be a soldier anymore, but rather I'll be a chef who will cook food for him. Then on the day when he passed away I was at school when I was 13 ( July 1, 2003 ) I haven't got a chance to say goodbye to my dad. I told to myself I will try my best to have my own restaurant, cook food and make my dream for him on every plate of food I will make. Up until now I'm still reaching forward to make that promised to my dad to come true. I prayed everyday to God to help me be patient until the day comes that dream is in front of me to reach and grasp it. It's been 27 years since my adventure to become a chef was started, a lots of ups and downs, studied courses but did not manage to finish for the reason that my family cannot afford the school tuition, I manage to get a job outside the country on a minimum wage for 5 years tried to save money but still not enough. But even thou it was rough and the straggle is inevitable. I still persuing my happiness I made different kind of food with my own imagination and taste. And this is are treasures, my only treasures that I have with me together with the memories of my dad. I'm starting this fundraising for me to be able start a restaurant or even just a small bistro to share this kind of dream, a dream on a plate to everyone who will get a chance to taste my cooking and share my adventure of my life time. I would like to say thank you for those who are willing to help me to reach my goal. And you are with me in this dream that will come true. Thank you.
