Campaign Story
His name is Lenin, 18 years old. A teenager full of dreams for his loved ones. He has been diagnosed with Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Lymphoma on February 8, 2019, confirmed with biopsy of the anterior mediastinal mass.
If there is something more painful to see than a kid who is fighting for an unwanted illness, that is a mother keeping herself strong as she witnesses all his ordeals.
Her name is Liway.
A good friend.
A fighter.
An empowered woman.
A mother...
In the midst of these challenges, Liway juggles the arduous tasks of taking care of her other children, making the ends meet, being there for her son as he goes through chemotherapy and other crucial sessions and to still earn for a living.
Despite the excruciating battle she fights daily, she still reports to work, remain hopeful and endure each day with a SMILE.
Be a reason for her to smile, to keep smiling and to smile more often...
