Campaign Story
My dad, Henry Castillo is currently confined in the Mindanao Heart Center in the Southern Philippines Medical Center. He is diagnosed with myocardial infraction due to torn coronary artery and blockage and has been in the hospital since Sunday. He's undergone the Angiogram procedure that cost Php 70, 000 and is due to undergo Coronary Angioplasty operation on February 7, 2019 that would cost us Php 200, 000. We are in dire need of your benevolence and help. We have to present our payment for the operation by Monday February 7, 2019. Any amount of donation would be of great help and would be very much appreciated by the entire family. Help us raise Php 500, 000 for the operation of my dad.
