Tita Nelita is a mother of 4. A responsible mom and grandmother. She underwent total thyroidectomy few months ago and currently maintaining medicines for hypertension, cholesterol, etc. She was rushed to San Juan de Dios hospital today November 30, 2017 and was diagnosed with Brain Aneursym. The doctor estimated 500,000 pesos for her operation. She needs financial support. Her medical insurance does not cover neurosurgery. Please help her.
